Kitry operates in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg, employs 40 people, and maintains a hybrid and flexible work culture, including remote work.
The Role
To support our continuous growth in Belgium and France, and to better serve major clients requiring close follow-up and frequent scope evolutions, we are strengthening our project delivery team.
We are looking for a Project Manager based in Belgium, responsible for end-to-end client projects: from pre-sales and BUILD phases to RUN and long-term support phases, while ensuring high standards in quality, cost, and deadlines.
The position combines rigorous project governance, strong client interaction, and close collaboration with technical and functional teams. It is key to long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage client projects from kick-off to delivery, including BUILD and RUN phases
• Define project plans, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with technical teams
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments (fixed-price projects)
• Monitor and control quality, costs, and delivery times
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client during project execution
• Gather requirements, manage scope, and align stakeholders
• Write functional specifications and coordinate implementations
• Validate deliverables, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support teams

Key Skills
Strong functional analysis skills and ability to write structured specifications
Experience in defining and executing test plans
Experience in backlog management and product roadmap
Good understanding of SaaS environments and Agile development cycles
Strong client orientation with ability to manage direct client interactions
Structured, rigorous, and pragmatic approach
Knowledge of Jira is a plus
Experience
5 to 10 years of experience in software / SaaS
Proven experience in Business Analysis, Product Owner, or similar functional role
Experience in direct client interaction (training, support, implementation)
Experience in functional testing and pre-production validation
Background in EHS, health, compliance, or a regulated environment is a plus
Languages
French: professional level required
Dutch: good comprehension and ability to communicate professionally
English: desirable
Working Arrangements
3 days per week on-site required
Based in Nivelles (Belgium) and/or Pommerloch (Luxembourg)
Occasional travel to Belgian client sites (training sessions, key implementation phases)
Reporting into the Product Owner team — frequent interaction with France teams and Belgian clients
Project Manager support available on complex client projects
